There was a meeting before the Students meeting today. The dates of the Haunted Dungeon are October 27, 29, 30, and 31. We will start setting up on Staurday, October 21. Next Tuesday there will be a meeting in the senior well at 6:00 for all the chairs and for anyone who already has ideas for the Haunted Dungeon. Bring your ideas already written down on paper. We need supplies, so please bring them in as soon as possible. You can gicve them to any of the chairs, or Jacqui. We are in the process of sending out press releases to the papers and hanging fliers in stores. We are also going to paint over the Dinner and Comedy Night sign to advertise.

Little Flower

Little Flower will take place Monday, October 30 during school. Feild trip cards will be handed out at next week's meeting.

SHANTY
Chairs: Glen, Alex, Alex, Marisa
SHANTY will take place on November 4 at 7pm and will run until 7am th enext morning. We booked a guest speaker. We also really need chaperones, so please ask your parents if they would like to do that. Please start raising money and looking for boxes. The permission slips are due October 24. There are extra permission slips and forms by the Students office.

Hunger Banquet
Chairs: Alex and Sam
We would like to hold our first hunger banquet in October. A hunger banquet is where people pay to come, and they recieve a ticket. There are different tickets which represent different social classes. There ill be different tables for each class, and whatever class you are assigned on your ticket is where you sit. At the tables there will be the types of food someone in that class would eat and information about that class. There will be only a few people in the upper class, a little more in the middle class, and the majority of the people will be in the lower class. This will stimulate the ratio of how many people are actually in each class in our world. Later on in the night we will be running slideshows and videos about Students for 60,000, Nicaragua, and poverty around the world. There wil;l be a meeting in H241 Thursday afterschool for anyone interested in helping out with this event.

Nicaragua
A sign-up sheet for Nicaragua went around at today's meeting so we can get and idea of how many poeple are interestd in going. The possible dates for Nicaragua are February 14-22 and March 28 to April 5.
