Students Meeting 9/26/06
Adriana Oliva Banquet
Wednesday Julie, Jake, Julia, and Brian went to a banquet for Adriana Oliva, a girl with a tumor in her brain. We gave her a check for $1,000 ($800 of which we raised ath teh car wash, and $200 was donated from Friends of Students for 60,000).
Farmingdale
Chairs: Glen and Gill
Yesterday we went to Farmingdale again, and it was very succesful. There were about 7 men and 1 woman who came to learn. We had a new type of lesson plan, and it was very successful. As of right now, the lesson planning for next monday will be this Friday after school, but that could change. Listen for announcements or look for a sign in the commons. If you want to go to Farmingdale, please just don't show up because we have a lack of drivers. Talk to Glen or Gill if you are interested in going.
